Welcome to the first edition of the “Web3 Simplified” newsletter from Fox and Happy Blocks, where we’ll be exploring the latest business use cases of this cutting-edge technology.

Just like the genesis block of blockchain, this newsletter represents a new beginning for our team. So much has changed since Fox and Happy Blocks Co-Founders Sui and Ursula held the first test cohort of our Web3 Simplified course just last December! We’re excited to share the team's latest updates with you today.

Storytime! Fox and Happy Blocks is officially a registered business 🥳

Fox and Happy Blocks’ story began when 2 Web3-obsessed moms met on Discord while juggling their learning journeys with changing diapers. Casual conversations quickly turned into an exciting journey of creating a 4-week Web3 education course together in record time, which had 80+ subscribers! The 4-week course helped our first students go from not having a wallet to starting their own Web3 business just 3 months later.

Formally founding the company was the missing “tiny” but important detail we realized was missing after dedicating the past 6 months to this work. We’re so grateful for everyone who has been part of our story so far and can’t wait to share our future plans with you. Thank you for joining us on this adventure!

Our new “Web3 Simplified” course starts on Tuesday, March 28 💻

Exciting news! Based on experiences from our first test cohort and valuable feedback from participants, we’re launching a new 8-week course covering the benefits Web3 offers to businesses. This course is perfect for those looking to learn not only about Web3 but also how to apply this technology in your company or startup. Seats are limited for this course, so we encourage you to secure your spot while you can! More details:

• Begins Tuesday, March 28 at 18:00 CET on Zoom

• Limited to 6 attendees

• 3.500 EUR for 8 weeks of group coaching

• A weekly 1.25-hour course, in addition to a 1-hour Q&A session
